In-depth bridge inspection of the Jennings Freeway Bridge over an industrial area.  The bridge consists of fourteen spans in three units with a total length of 1,073 feet.

In-depth inspection of the Brookpark Road Bridge over the Rocky River Valley.  The bridge consists of eight open concrete spandrel arches and nine continuous concrete tee-beam approach spans with a total length of 1,834 feet.  Follow up inspections in 2001 and 2002.
