golf course residential community in Avon, Ohio. Our services included
boundary and topographic surveys, conceptual layouts, grading and drainage
design for the golf course and housing units and complete site improvement
plans.

The project encompassed Mills Creek and was located within
the flood plain. A HEC-2 Study was completed and a Letter of Map
Revision was granted from FEMA revising the 100 year flood plain
limits. Eight retention basins were designed as lakes on the golf
course to control storm water run-off from the development into Mills Creek. |
