Project Description

Euthenics was retained to provide surveying services and prepare plans for the removal of the existing bridge over U.S. Route 22 and realignment of Township Road 243 to access Dennison Avenue to the west of the existing bridge location for the Ohio Department of Transportation District 11. Additional right-of-way and easements were required to accommodate the realigned roadway and drainage. A total of 8 parcels comprised of warranty deeds, easements, and temporary acquisitions along Township Road 243 and Dennison Avenue were involved. The analysis of title reports, deed research, and review of existing plans at Harrison County offices were required. The complexity of determining the right-of-way in the project area necessitated seeking historical information from record surveyors in the area.
