Project Description

The City of Cleveland hired Euthenics to perform a traffic study and investigate a Roadway Diet with a mix of shared and designated bike lanes along a 2.2-mile stretch of Lorain Avenue from West 117th Street to West 65th Street. Our services consisted of alternative capacity analysis and level of service using Highway Capacity Software and Synchro Software. Euthenics researched and analyzed crash data and prepared a safety study.
